| 内容記述 | 2005年，研究者は，看護管理者の組織変革のツールとして，また看護の質向上に資する文化とその変革方法についての横断的・縦断的研究のためのツールとして，看護組織における組織文化の測定尺度を開発した。そして今回，測定尺度を用いて抽出した個別病院看護組織の文化特性をフィールド調査で検証し，それによって，測定尺度の妥当性を検証することを目的に研究を行った。研究対象は，測定尺度の開発時に本調査で対象とした１総合病院の看護組織で，2007年３月から７月までの間，特徴のある３病棟を中心に参加観察と非構成的面接を行った。得られたデータは，質的帰納的に分析し，人工物と基本的仮定を抽出し，本調査で抽出された文化特性と比較した。その結果，一部のインディケーターを除き，測定尺度の妥当性が検証された。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | In 2005, I developed a measurement tool of nursing organizational culture, intending to help managers in their organization innovation, and to help researchers with their traversal and vertical research on the culture and on innovation of the culture to improve nursing quality. In this research, I attempted to verify and refine the measurement tool through field work.The field work was carried out from March to July 2007 at one of the hospitals where data was collected in development of the original measurement tool. Data included observation of the organization and unstructured interviews, mainly at three wards, which have different nursing styles from each other. Obtained data was analyzed by the qualitative - inductive method to extract artifacts and basic underlying assumptions. Result of the analysis was compared with cultural characteristics shown by the measurement tool, and proved consistent. From this result, I concluded that the measurement tool was valid except for some indicators. | |||||||||||
