| 内容記述 | 脳性まひを持つ子どもの採血に関する看護師の考えを明らかにすることを目的とし，看護師９名に半構成面接調査を行い，質的帰納的に分析した。その結果，看護師の考えとして《子どもの身体の状態を踏まえた採血》《採血に取り組む力の判断と調整》《子どもの採血のあるべき姿と現実とのギャップによる課題》の３つのカテゴリーが抽出された。そして，脳性まひを持つ子どもの採血においては，看護師に脳性まひを持つ子どもと関わる力が必要である事が示唆された。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Background: It is necessary to protect the child’s human rights in Japanese pediatric nursing. Therefore, nurses are beginning to develop explanations of medical procedures that are suited to the children's development. But, it can be difficult to understand the intellectual development of children with CP. Additionally, children with CP may have contracture and high muscle tone. Thus, it can be difficult to perform venipunctures on children with CP. There are currently no nursing studies in the literature about venipunctures for children with CP.Purpose: The purpose of this study was to clarify nurses’ thoughts on venipunctures for children with CP.Method: A qualitative descriptive design was employed for the study. Nine nurses were interviewed using a semi-structured interview guide to explore nurses’ thoughts on venipunctures for children with CP. Qualitative inductive analysis was conducted to identify emerging themes and categories. Findings: Three categories were formulated from nurses’ thoughts on this theme : 1) It is difficult to perform venipunctures on children with CP. But nurses thought that the procedure to take blood varied according to child’s condition.2) It is necessary that child and parent and nurses do their best. Nurses judge and adjust for each patient according to his or her ability for mental comprehension 3) There is a gap between the appropriate nurse’s attitude of venipunctures for the child and the realty of the venipunctures procedure. The gap engenders the issues of venipunctures for children with CP.Implications: It is necessary for nurses to make relationships to children with CP, so that nurses perform category 1) 2). | |||||||||||
