ICU における面会拡大についての改善策を実践し，その効果について明らかにすることを目的とした。\n方法：研究のプロセスとしては，①プレステップフォーカスグループインタビュー，②同じ施設におけるアクション前調査，③アクション方法検討，④アクション実施（ICU 面会方法の改善），⑤アクション結果確認フォーカスグループインタビュー，⑥アクション後調査とした。\n結果：研究のプロセスに沿って，ICU における面会についての問題が明確化し，改善策が具体化した。アクション前後の面会拡大の効果について，アンケートにおいて数値データには有意な差がなかったが，自由記載のデータでは，患者・スタッフとも面会拡大にポジティブなものがみられた。\n結論：本研究の一連のプロセスにより，ICU
