OSCE 課題を提示し，学生が主体的に学習できる環境として，VOD（Video On Demand）や看護シミュレーションセンター，グループ学習の体制を整備し，客観的臨床能力試験（以下，OSCE）で評価する学習プログラムを構築した。本学習プログラムの効果を明らかにするために，学生の学習環境の活用状況と OSCE の評価得点を用いて評価した。\n　学生の９割以上は，VOD（Video On Demand）コンテンツの視聴や看護シミュレーションセンターでの練習といった個別学習，およびグループ学習によるワークシートの作成に参加していた。看護シミュレーションセンターでの練習，グループ学習に参加した学生の OSCE 評価得点は有意に高く（p<.05），練習回数が１回より３回の学生の方が高かった。本学習プログラムは，学生が自主的に学ぶ契機となり， OSCE
