OSCE について実感している効果と課題を明らかにし，今後のOSCE の内容の検討と方法の示唆とする。\n方法：看護師 10 名を対象として，３施設で２～４名でグループインタビューを行い，質的帰納的に分析した。\n結果：対象の平均年齢は 23.0 歳，全員女性であった。OSCE の効果は，模擬患者・評価者・教員からの評価より生まれる自信，患者の理解，自己の内省や課題の明確化等の９カテゴリーが抽出された。OSCE の課題は，臨床の実践に必要なアセスメントや援助技術につながりにくい等の７カテゴリーを抽出した。\n結論：卒業生は OSCE
