OSCE を受けた学生が認識した成長と課題について明らかにすることを目的に，A 大学の４年生全員を対象に自作の無記名式質問紙調査を行い，成長と課題に関する自由記述部分の内容分析を行った。その結果，「成長」は ８カテゴリー，「課題」は 10 カテゴリーが抽出された。記録単位の割合が高い順に４カテゴリーを示す。「成長」では【専門職としてのコミュニケーション力】，【見通しを立てる力】，【緊張のコントロール】，【課題の自覚からの内省】であり，「課題」では【安全・安楽に基づく看護技術の不確かさ】，【円滑に行えない患者理解のための観察と情報収集】，【思いを汲み取った細やかな対応の強化】，【相互関係形成のためのコミュニケーション力】であった。学生は卒業前 OSCE
