The elements were\norganized by reviewing the literature cited in AORN's Hand-over Process. The elements of hand-over process\nstandardization include the participation of the entire implementation team in the handover, creating an environment\nin which handovers are not interrupted during the transition of information and care, and the utilization of tools.\nDifferences were found when we analyzed discrepancies in the medical system between the AORN Hand-over\nProcess and patient handover in Japan. The issues of creating an environment and utilizing tools to facilitate\neffective communication should also be addressed.
